2017 Application

2017 Holiday No Coast Craft-o-Rama

Thank you for your interest in being a vendor at the 2017 Holiday No Coast Craft-o-Rama! The dates are Friday, December 1, 3pm-8pm, and Saturday, December 2, 9am-5pm. You may read our information for prospective vendors, then apply:

1. Submit your completed application online, including a link to 3-5 digital photos per artist participating at your booth. We do want a single link that will display all submission photos on the same page. No submission photos will be accepted by email without prior approval.

2. If you are a first-time applicant, we have a limited number of curated, subsidized spaces for up-and-coming artists. these spaces are no wider than 6' (4'-5' deep) and are $100 each (includes $10 application fee). Please note on your application if you are applying for these very limited spots for NEW artists.

3. If you own, or co-own, a brick-and-mortar store, please indicate on your application. If accepted, you will be contacted about sponsorship options.

4. Send your non-refundable application fee of $10 by August 31, 2017. (check payable to: Crafty Planet, 3121 Edward St NE, Minneapolis, MN 55418 – or PayPal: info@craftyplanet.com)

Electricity Requirements *
Depending on demand there may be up to a $25 surcharge. You will be notified upon acceptance if an electricity surcharge will be required. You will then have the option to accept or decline access to electricity. Our preference is to provide electricity to those who need it without an additional cost.
Wall Space *
This is free, but dependent on availability. Note that you are not allowed to hang anything on the walls. You will be notified upon acceptance if wall space availability is limited.
